Cancellations, Late arrivals & Redo Policies

Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled. 

Late arrivals more than 20 mins will result in an adjustment in your service scheduled, such as skipping a blow dry and or minimizing the amount of color we have time to do.

Redos on color services or moving  your extension rows will no longer be accepted.  If you want something different with your color or a different placement with your hair extension row you are welcome to book another appointment at the full cost of the service at my next available opening.
