Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the service total.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
- Clients who reschedule more than twice in a six month period will have pre-pay for a future appointment or lose the ability to book another appointment.
